At Purrfect Style, all products are unique and custom-printed only once an order is placed. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

– A clear photo of the issue.
– If multiple items with the same design are affected, include all items in one photo or video.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund. In most cases, it is not necessary to return the defective product.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping (Exceptional Cases)
