1. Overview 

At Purrfect Style LLC, all products are unique and custom-printed strictly on demand once an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To file a claim for a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@purrfectstyle.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo showing the issue with the product.
  • (If multiple items with the same design are affected, please include all items in one photo).

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund immediately. You will not be required to ship the defective product back to us.

3. Refund Process 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our production facility due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer, or if the package goes unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
