These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Purrfect Style LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the purrfectstyle.com website.

We operate as an online store offering custom-printed apparel and accessories. All products are printed and shipped through our production partners, including Printify and its network of print providers. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or shipping address if deemed suspicious or excessive.

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times, costs, and destinations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.

We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors due to screen settings and printing variations. Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

Our products are custom-printed specifically for you once you place an order (Print-on-Demand). Because of this nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or if you order the wrong size. Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective items, misprints, or incorrect items received. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to info@purrfectstyle.com within 30 days after the product has been received, along with clear photographic evidence.

All designs, images, logos, and content on our site are owned by Purrfect Style LLC or our partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without explicit written permission.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purrfect Style LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
